Determination of rare earth impurities in Gd-Fe alloy by ICP-AES
This paper studies the determination of 14 rare earth impurities in Gd -Fe alloy by ICP -AES. The wavelength of determined elements, the standard series configuration and sample concentration were selected. Matrix matching method was applied to eliminate spectral interference of Gd-Fe alloy. The recoveries of standard addition can reach 97 %~108 %. The RSD of the trace elements is less than 3 %.
