Catalytic Synthesis of Sucrose Fatty Acid Ester with Rare Earth Solid Super Acid by Microwave Irradiation

  • The syntheses of sucrose fatty acid ester catalyzed by rare earth solid super acid under microwave irradiation is investigated, including the influences of microwave power, radiation time, catalyst and emulsifier on the reaction. The results shows that the catalytic activity of Gd3+-SO42-/ZrO2、Y3+-SO42-/ZrO2 is better than K2CO3 when microwave power is 390W and radiation time is 20min, and the reaction time of synthesis is shortened from 4~8h in traditional heating menthol to 20min under microwave irradiation.
