On the Uncertainty of Tungsten Value in Ds-ferroalloy by ICP-MS

  • Elements affecting the uncertainty of tungsten value in Ds-ferroalloy by applying ICP-MS are studied. The uncertain parameters are analyzed and calculated.The expanded uncertainty of measurement result for tungsten is 7.9 μg/g when mass fraction of tungsten in the dysprosium-iron alloy is 97.5 μg/g.
