武山铜矿充填采矿若干技术问题探讨

摘要: 由于水砂充填采矿法工艺环节多,生产效率低,现欲将水砂充填法改为下向进路式水平分层胶结充填法.通过第一阶段试验论证了下向胶结充填法在武山铜矿的可行性,针对试验过程中出现的一系列问题,在下分层进行第二阶段充填试验,着重对充填系统振动筛、充填区投料方式、充填水排除方式、充填体配筋方式和二次充填工序进行优化研究.实践证明,改进工艺技术可行,经济实用,对同类型矿山具有借鉴价值.Abstract: Wushan Copper Mine want to replace hydraulic sand filling method with underhand cut -and -fill stoping for its high production.The phaseⅠtrials results show that underhand cut-and-fill stoping is technically feasible.but there are still a series of problems.Optimizing back filling system, e.g.vibration sieve, filling batching, drain system etc, is studied on phase Ⅱ trials.It has been found that the results provide great guidance in similar mines.
