聚乙烯醇-丁基罗丹明B分光光度法测定电池及废水中的痕量汞(Ⅱ)

摘要: 报道了分光光度法测定痕量汞的一种新方法。在聚乙烯醇存在下, 汞(Ⅱ)与硫氰酸盐和丁基罗丹明B形成多元离子缔合物, 且稳定。在实验条件下, 在580nm处有最大吸收波长, 表观摩尔吸光系数为7.08 ×105 L·mol-1·cm-1, Hg(Ⅱ)在0~6μg/25mL范围内服从比耳定律。通过对几种市售电池及水样中汞含量测定, 表明体系具有较强的抗干扰能力, 仅铁(Ⅲ)、锌(Ⅱ)干扰汞(Ⅱ)的测定, 可加入5%抗坏血酸和10%柠檬酸掩蔽。该方法具有操作简便、快速、选择性和重现性好的特点, 适于电池及废水中痕量汞(Ⅱ)的测定。Abstract: The paper present a new spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Hg(Ⅱ), in polyvinyl alcohol solution thiocyanate and butyl rhodamine B produce multi-ionic associated substance with Hg(Ⅱ).it is at 580nm that absorption of the ion association complex is the maximum, Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of Hg(Ⅱ)0~6 μg/25mL.The molar absorptivity is 7.08 ×105L·mol-1·cm-1.Through the determination of Hg(Ⅱ)in battery and water, the result shows that the reaction system can tolerate many interfering ions due to the existence of polyvinyl alcohol.Only iron(Ⅲ) and zinc(Ⅱ)interfere in the determination of Hg(Ⅱ), and it can be eliminated by masking with ascorbic acid(5%)and lemon acid(10%).The recommended method is characterized by its simple operation、fast speed、strong selectivity and good reproductive.
