基于断层影响下的充填体强度需求优化研究

Research on strength requirement optimization of infill bodies under the influence of faults

  • 摘要: 为分析断层影响下的充填体强度需求问题,以某矿的断层赋存特点为工程背景,采用力学推导的方法,重点对临近断层处两步采进行了力学分析,提出了充填体强度需求解析公式。同时,采用FLAC3D对断层处的充填体与矿体稳固性进行数值模拟研究,得到了充填体强度需求模拟解。对比分析了2种计算结果,确定了合理的充填体强度需求,保证了断层处矿体安全高效开采。本研究可为同类矿山充填体强度需求优化计算提供参考。

     

    Abstract: To analyze the strength requirements of infill bodies under the influence of faults, with the fault occurrence characteristics of a certain mine as the engineering background, the mechanics derivation method was used to focus on the mechanical analysis of the two-step mining near the fault, and the calculation formula for the strength requirements of infill bodies was proposed. Meantime, the FLAC3D software was used to conduct numerical simulation research on the stability of the infill bodies and ore body at the fault, and the simulation solution of the strength requirements of the infill bodies was obtained. By comparing and analyzing the two calculation results, the reasonable strength requirements of the infill bodies were determined, ensuring the safety and high-efficiency mining of the ore body at the fault. This study can provide reference for the calculation of infill body strength requirement optimization in similar mines.
