Abstract:
Waterborne polyurethane and bentonite are two kinds of curing agents with different properties. Separately curing the slope soil of the leaching site of ionic rare earth mine in southern Jiangxi can effectively improve the shear strength of the soil, but the influencing factors of these two curing agents are different. In order to improve the utilization effect of solidified soil, waterborne polyurethane and bentonite were mixed in different proportions to reshape the slope soil sample of leaching site with moisture content of 17.09%. The quick shear test was carried out to the soil sample after curing for 3 days in the same indoor environment. The test results showed that the cohesion was significantly improved and the internal friction angle changed little when the specific gravity of bentonite was kept constant and the specific gravity of waterborne polyurethane was increased. When controlling the constant specific gravity of waterborne polyurethane and increasing the specific gravity of bentonite, the cohesion changed little, and the internal friction angle increased first and then decreased. When the mass ralio of sodium bicarbonate, waterborne polyurethane, bentonite and water is 1∶15∶12∶100, the internal friction angle and cohesion reached the maximum, and the soil consolidation effect on this mixed ratio was the best by comparing the experimental results of 19 different ratios.
