Abstract:
The process of sulfuric acid leaching of the high arsenic basic copper carbonate was experimentally researched. With the method of single factor experiment, the influences of stirring speed, sulfuric acid concentration, reaction temperature and reaction time on leaching rate of copper and arsenic were investigated. The optimal conditions of sulfuric acid leaching are determined as following: stirring speed is 400 r/min, sulfuric acid concentration1 is mol/L, reaction temperature is 50 ℃, reaction time is 2.5 h, and liquid-solid ratio is 7:1. Under the better leaching conditions, copper leaching rate is 91.50 % and arsenic leaching rate is 74.15 %.
