高砷碱式碳酸铜硫酸浸出研究

Sulfuric acid leaching of the high arsenic basic copper carbonate

  • 摘要: 针对硫酸浸出高砷碱式碳酸铜的工艺进行了实验研究.通过单因素实验,考察了搅拌速度、硫酸浓度、反应时间、反应温度、液固比对铜砷浸出率的影响.最佳反应条件确定为:转速400 r/min,硫酸浓度1 mol/L,反应温度60 ℃,反应时间2.5 h,液固比7:1(指硫酸体积与物料质量之比,单位为mL/g,下同).在较佳浸出条件下,铜浸出率为91.50 %,砷浸出率为74.15 %.

     

    Abstract: The process of sulfuric acid leaching of the high arsenic basic copper carbonate was experimentally researched. With the method of single factor experiment, the influences of stirring speed, sulfuric acid concentration, reaction temperature and reaction time on leaching rate of copper and arsenic were investigated. The optimal conditions of sulfuric acid leaching are determined as following: stirring speed is 400 r/min, sulfuric acid concentration1 is mol/L, reaction temperature is 50 ℃, reaction time is 2.5 h, and liquid-solid ratio is 7:1. Under the better leaching conditions, copper leaching rate is 91.50 % and arsenic leaching rate is 74.15 %.
