基于ANSYS的变速箱轴承压头选择可行性分析

Feasibility analysis of selecting gearbox bearings indenter based on ANSYS

  • 摘要: 为验证变速器装配中同一输出轴轴承压头能够适用2种不同机型的轴承压装,利用有限元软件ANSYS中的静力学分析模块,分别对在A型号轴承压头作用下的A、B 2种型号轴承的压装进行应力、应变分析.结果表明,A、B 2种轴承的最大应力和最大变形均发生在轴承上端面靠外侧区域,且强度都安全可靠.证明无须专门对B机型轴承进行压头设计以及相关防错软硬件的配备,为日后相关问题提供了有力的技术支持.

     

    Abstract: This paper makes stress and strain analysis of the press-fits of A and B modeled bearings under the condition of A model bearing indenter by using the statics analysis module of finite element software ANSYS to verify that the same output bearing indenter can be applied to press-fit bearings of two different models. Results show that both maximum stress and maximum deformation occur on the outside of upper bearing surface with safe and reliable intensity. It is verified that there is no need for indenter design and other related proofing software and hardware exclusively for B models bearing, which provides reliable technical support for the potential related problems.
