Abstract
On the basis of indoor mechanical tests and normal cast blasting crater experiments, orthogonal industrial tests determining dynamite consumption, row spacing, hole bottom spacing and caving interval are performed to improve mining efficiency and economic benefit. Researches show that the optimal explosive consumption is 0.981 kg/m3. Orthogonal industrial test can establish row spacing (1.6~1.85 m) and hole bottom spacing (2~2.2 m) accurately. The optimal caving interval is 4.8~5.4 m through theoretical calculation and field industrial tests.
