Improvement of the Inlet and Outlet of ƒ3.6m×6.0m Overflow Ball Mill

  • 摘要: 针对ƒ3.6m×6.0m球磨机设计存在的缺陷, 分析了其进料端与出料端漏浆、出料口固定螺栓易被剪断的原因, 提出了对其漏浆和固定螺栓被剪断进行改进的有效措施, 取得了较好的效果。

     

    Abstract: Because there are some Structural drawbacks in ƒ3.6m×6.0m overflow ball mill, the inlet and outlet of it are easy to leak and the fixed bolt on outlet is easy to be sheared. In this paper, the causes are analysed and the improving methods are put forword. The improved ball mill has achieved good results.
