On the Uncertainty of Tungsten Value in Ds-ferroalloy by ICP-MS

  • 摘要: 研究了ICP-MS法测定镝铁合金中钨的测量不确定度的影响因素，对各不确定分量进行了分析和计算。镝铁合金中W的质量分数为97.5 μg/g时，测量结果的扩展不确定度为7.9 μg/g。

     

    Abstract: Elements affecting the uncertainty of tungsten value in Ds-ferroalloy by applying ICP-MS are studied. The uncertain parameters are analyzed and calculated.The expanded uncertainty of measurement result for tungsten is 7.9 μg/g when mass fraction of tungsten in the dysprosium-iron alloy is 97.5 μg/g.
