异极矿的氨法浸出研究

  • 摘要: 以氨-硫酸铵体系浸出某异极矿型硅酸锌矿,考察了浸出剂浓度、NH3和(NH4)2SO4摩尔浓度比、液固比、时间、温度和搅拌速率等因素对异极矿中锌浸出率的影响,并分析了相应的浸出机理,得到的最佳实验条件为:总氨浓度8.5mol/L,NH3和(NH4)2SO4摩尔浓度比2:1,液固比20,反应温度45 ℃,搅拌速率250r/min,浸出时间1h。在最佳条件下,锌浸出率达93.84%。

     

    Abstract: The leaching of a zinc silicate concentrate-hemimorphite was studied in ammonia-ammonium sulphate solution. The influence of technical parameters, such as lixiviant concentration, molar ratio of NH3 to (NH4)2SO4, the ratio of liquid to solid, reaction time, temperature and stirring rate of the leaching effect of Zinc were studied. The result shows that under the condition of maximum zinc extraction condition:total ammonia concentration 8.5 M, molar ratio of NH3 to (NH4)2SO4 2, leaching time 1h, temperature 45 ℃, liquid/solid ratio 1:5 and stirring rate250 r/min, leaching ratio of zinc reach 93.84 %
