镍酸锂前驱体——球形Ni(OH)2的制备工艺研究

Study on Preparation of LiNiO2 Precursor——Spherical Ni(OH)2

  • 摘要: 采用氨络合液相沉淀法制备球形Ni(OH)2,SEM检测样品晶粒形貌,XRD物相分析。制备过程中考察的主要影响因素包括反应物浓度、反应温度、搅拌速度等。确定的参数为:NiSO4的浓度0.5mol/L,NaOH的浓度1mol/L,氨水的浓度1mol/L,水浴温度控制在60℃,搅拌速度1100 r/min,样品的干燥温度为100℃。

     

    Abstract: Spher ical Ni(OH)2 is prepared by NH3-coordinating liquid phase deposition, its morphology and distribution are observed by means of SEM, crystal structure and components are confirmed by XRD. The effects of reaction temperature, reactants concentration, stirring rate and desiccation temperature on the performance of nickel hydroxide are discussed.The optimum process parameters of preparing the fine spherical Ni(OH)2 are that the concentration of NiSO4 is 0.5mol/L, the concentration of NaOH is 1mol/L, the concentration of ammonia is 1mol/L, the reaction temperature is 60℃, the stirring rate is kept at 1100 r/min and the desiccation temperature is 100℃.
