云南某硫精矿二次回收铅锌工艺研究

Study on secondary recovery of lead and zinc from a sulfur concentrate in Yunnan province

  • 摘要: 为了实现硫精矿中铅锌金属资源的二次回收,同时提高硫精矿的品质,采用工艺矿物学研究了矿物的嵌布特征和赋存状态,拟定了铅锌混浮的原则流程。硫酸铜作为闪锌矿活化剂、石灰作为黄铁矿抑制剂,丁基黄药、乙硫氮、丁铵黑药作为组合捕收剂。通过试验确定药剂制度,在一粗三精一扫的闭路试验中获得铅品位为5.49%(回收率为13.52%)、锌品位为38.11%(回收率为57.12%)的混合精矿。硫精矿经过提质后铅锌品位之和降至0.98%。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize the secondary recovery of lead and zinc metal resources in sulfur concentrate and improve its quality, process mineralogy was used to study the distribution characteristics and occurrence state of the target minerals, and then the principle flow of lead-zinc bulk flotation was determined. Copper sulfate was used as sphalerite activator, lime as pyrite depressant, and butyl xanthate, sodium diethyldithiocarbamate and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate as combined collectors. The reagent regime was determined through the condition test. A concentrate with lead grade of 5.49% and zinc grade of 38.11% was obtained by the closed-circuit test of coarse crushing, fine crushing, screening, grinding and classification. The lead and zinc recovery for the concentrate were 13.52% and 57.12%, respectively. After upgrading, the sum of lead-zinc grades of sulfur concentrate was reduced to 0.98%.
