米拉多铜精矿氧化自燃诱因分析与讨论

Analysis and discussion on the inducement of oxidation spontaneous combustion of Mirado copper concentrates

  • 摘要: 通过对米拉多原矿、未烧结铜精矿及氧化烧结铜精矿进行物相、XRD及SEM对比分析,找出引起米拉多铜精矿氧化自燃的诱因。并结合粒度分布条件实验及着火点条件实验,与铜陵有色进口铜精矿进行对比分析,对物相分析结果进行论证分析,最终确定引起米拉多铜精矿氧化自燃的主要原因。通过添加阻缓剂进行条件实验,考察阻缓剂对米拉多铜精矿氧化自燃的影响。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the inducement of oxidation and spontaneous combustion of Mirado copper concentrates, the comparative analysis including XRD, SEM and phase were carried out to the Mirado primary ore, un-sintered copper concentrates and oxidized sintered copper concentrates, respectively. Based on the results of particle size distribution, ignition point, comparative analysis with imported copper concentrates from Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd and phase analysis experiments, the main cause for oxidation and spontaneous combustion of the Mirado copper concentrates was proposed. Moreover, the effect of addition of retardant on oxidation and spontaneous combustion of Mirado copper concentrates was also investigated.
