膏体充填开采覆岩移动变形规律研究

Study on the moving deformation law of covered rock in paste backfill mining

  • 摘要: 为分析矿山膏体充填开采覆岩移动角的变化规律,采用FLAC3D分析软件对某矿山膏体充填开采不同因素影响下覆岩的移动变形特征进行模拟,并基于模拟结果对覆岩不同水平的移动角进行研究。研究结果表明:充填体灰砂比越大和充填率越高,地表下沉量越小,覆岩危险变形区的发育高度也越小; 覆岩危险变形区的发育高度与充填体灰砂比之间满足指数函数关系; 覆岩移动角会随着覆岩距顶板高度的增大而近似于线性增大。结合回归分析,建立了覆岩移动角与覆岩距顶板高度、充填体灰砂比之间的关系式,进一步揭示了膏体充填开采下的覆岩移动角的变化规律,为矿山合理确定覆岩移动角提供一定的基础理论依据。

     

    Abstract: To reveal the change pattern of the covered rock moving angle in paste backfill mining, FLAC3D was used to simulate the moving deformation characteristics of covered rock under the influence of different factors of paste backfill mining in a mine, and the moving angle of covered rock at different horizontal heights was studied based on the simulation calculation results. The results show that the higher the filling body gray-sand ratio and the higher the filling rate are, the smaller the surface subsidence amount and the smaller the development height of the covered rock risk deformation area. There is an exponential relationship between the development height of the covered rock risk deformation zone and the cement-sand ratio of the filler, and the covered rock moving angle increases linearly with the height of the covered rock from the roof. Combined with the regression analysis, the relationship between the covered rock moving angle and the height of the covered rock from the roof and the cement-sand ratio of the filler was established, which further revealed the change pattern of the covered rock moving angle in paste backfill mining and provided a certain basic theoretical basis for the reasonable determination of the covered rock moving angle in mines.
