氧气底吹炼铜模拟仿真研究进展

Research progress in the simulation of oxygen bottom-blowing copper smelting

  • 摘要: 氧气底吹炼铜作为重要的火法炼铜工艺,发挥着关键作用的同时也面临发展困境。矿物资源愈加复杂、大型化设备亟待优化、熔炼渣含铜偏高等问题阻碍氧气底吹炼铜工艺的可持续发展。模拟仿真研究具有成本低、安全性高、灵活性好的特点,成为解决氧气底吹炼铜难题的重要方法。本文介绍了氧气底吹炼铜模拟仿真研究方法和特点,对氧气底吹炼铜反应机理、炉内流动和设备改进3个重要方向模拟仿真研究现状进行分析和总结。结合当前氧气底吹炼铜技术原料复杂化、设备大型化、底吹连续化、控制智能化的发展趋势,提出氧气底吹炼铜模拟仿真未来研究方向。

     

    Abstract: As an important pyrometallurgical copper smelting process, oxygen bottom-blowing copper smelting plays a key role and faces development difficulties. The sustainable development of the oxygen bottom-blowing copper smelting process is hindered by increasingly complex mineral resources, the urgent need to optimize large-scale equipment, and the high copper content in smelting slag. Simulation research featur low cost, high safety and good flexibility and has become an important method to solve the problem of oxygen bottom-blowing copper smelting. In this paper, the methods and characteristics of the simulation research of oxygen bottom-blowing copper smelting were introduced to analyze and summarize the status of stimulation in the reaction mechanism of oxygen bottom-blowing copper smelting, furnace flow and equipment improvement. Combined with the current development trends of oxygen bottom-blowing copper technology with complex raw materials, large-scale equipment, continuous bottom-blowing, and intelligent control, the future research direction of oxygen bottom-blowing copper smelting simulation is pointed out.
