氨法炼锌及其污染物控制技术研究现状及进展

Research status and progress of ammonia zinc smelting and its pollutant control technology

  • 摘要: 锌是现代工业飞速发展的必需品。合理利用低品位氧化锌矿及含锌二次资源,并解决锌提取过程中的杂质净化问题,逐渐成为我国锌冶炼技术进一步发展的关键。氨法炼锌技术除杂能力及环保潜力较强,在处理复杂锌资源过程中具备独特优势。文中综述了国内外锌冶炼技术发展现状,介绍并对比了火法及湿法炼锌方法,重点关注了氨法炼锌技术的研究进展及其污染物控制技术现状。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of modern industry, zinc is an indispensable resource. The reasonable utilization of low-grade zinc oxide attached to zinc-rich secondary resources and the solutions for impurity purification have gradually become the key to further developing zinc recovery technology in China. The ammonia process for zinc extraction has unique advantages in dealing with complex zinc resources. This paper reviewed the development status of zinc recovery technologies at home and abroad. The pyrometallurgy and hydrometallurgy processes were both introduced and compared, and the research progress of ammonia zinc smelting and its pollutant control technology were the primary focus.
