新型浮选机叶轮动力学性能及对粗颗粒浮选效果

Dynamics performance of a new type of flotation machine rotor and its effect on coarse particles flotation performance

  • 摘要: 为了进一步提高粗颗粒的浮选回收率,开发下一代浮选机叶轮是研究的重点之一。针对某钼矿粗粒级回收率低的问题,将一种新型浮选机叶轮应用到钼矿局部浮选流程中。通过开展浮选机动力学性能研究,对比分析新型浮选机叶轮的搅拌分散和分选效果。研究表明,新型浮选机叶轮提高了粗颗粒在槽体内的输送高度,从而促进了粗颗粒回收,在考查期内选厂钼总回收率增加了1.73个百分点。

     

    Abstract: In order to further improve coarse particles flotation recovery, developing next-generation flotation machine impellers is one of the research priorities. Aiming at the low coarse particles flotation recovery of certain molybdenum ore, a new type of flotation machine impeller was applied to the partial flotation process of the molybdenum ore. By conducting a study of the dynamics performance of flotation machine, the stir for dispersion and sorting effect of the new type of flotation machine impeller was compared and analyzed. It was shown that the new flotation machine impeller improved the transport height of coarse particles in the groove, thus promoting coarse particle recovery. During the test period, the total recovery of molybdenum in the selected plants increased by 1.73 percent.
