Application practice of slow cooling technology for copper smelting slag

  • 摘要: 铜火法冶炼炉渣选矿后回炉再炼,是炉渣资源综合利用的重要手段,提高了全厂铜回收率;炉渣缓冷作为炉渣选矿前的重要工序,其工艺技术方案对缓冷效果和选矿指标影响很大。目前各铜冶炼渣缓冷场采用的技术方案各有利弊,就多种渣缓冷场的渣包排布、设备配置及新技术应用实践进行探讨,为铜冶炼炉渣缓冷场的方案选择提供参考依据,同时展望了渣缓冷工艺技术的重点发展方向。

     

    Abstract: Beneficiation and re-smelting of copper pyrometallurgical slag is an important means of comprehensive utilization of slag resources, which can improve the recovery rate of copper in the whole plant. Slag cooling is an important process before slag beneficiation, and its technological scheme has great influence on slow cooling effect and beneficiation indicators. At present, the technical scheme adopted in various copper smelting slag slow cooling plants have their own advantages and disadvantages. The slag ladle arrangement, equipment configuration and new technology application practice of various slag slow cooling plants are discussed, which provides a reference for the scheme selection of copper smelting slag slow cooling plants. Furthermore, the key development direction of slag slow cooling technology is prospected.
