利用尾矿制备地聚物研究现状及展望

Research status and prospects of geopolymers preparation from tailings

  • 摘要: 尾矿是我国每年排放量最大的一类工业固废,大量尾矿的堆积不仅占用土地,并且尾矿中所含重金属的释放会对周边环境造成严重的污染,因此对于尾矿的无害化综合利用是矿山企业急需解决的问题。由于尾矿中的硅铝氧化物成分占比较大,与地聚物中的主要成分类似,因此可将尾矿用于制备地聚物。文中介绍了目前各类尾矿制备地聚物的研究现状,总结了不同制备工艺的优缺点,并对尾矿制备地聚物的未来发展做出展望。

     

    Abstract: The accumulation of tailings, one of the largest industrial solid wastes in China, occupies large tract of land. Moreover, the release of heavy metals contained in tailings causes serious pollution to the surrounding environment. Thus, the harmless comprehensive utilization of tailings is a pressing agenda for mining enterprises. Tailings contain relatively large contents of silicon and aluminum oxides, which are similar to the major components of geopolymer. Thus, tailings can be used to produce geopolymer. On the basis of introducing the existing research status of geopolymer preparation technologies out of tailings, this paper summarizes the pros and cons of each preparation process. The future development trends of geopolymer preparation from tailings are projected.
