蓝钨氢还原制备钨粉工艺研究

Study on the preparation of tungsten powder by hydrogen reduction of blue tungsten

  • 摘要: 超细钨粉是生产硬质合金的重要原料, 目前工业上制备超细钨粉的方法主要是氧化钨氢还原法。如何低成本、大规模的生产出均匀的超细钨粉一直是一个研究热点。文中采用控制变量法, 进行蓝钨氢还原实验, 探究还原温度、氢气流量和还原时间对产物钨粉形貌的影响。当还原温度为700 ℃, 氢气流量为150 mL/min, 还原时间为55 min, 此时蓝钨氢还原产物的微观形貌中出现大量类似于紫钨的针状晶体。

     

    Abstract: Ultrafine tungsten powder is an important raw material for producing cemented carbide. At present, the main method of preparing it is hydrogen reduction of tungsten oxide in industry. How to mass-produce uniform one at low cost has always been a hot area of research. In this paper, a controlled variable method was used to carry out blue tungsten hydrogen reduction experiments to explore the influence of reduction temperature, hydrogen flow rate and reduction time on the microstructure of prepared tungsten powder. A large number of needle-shaped crystals which might be violet tungsten appeared, when the reduction temperature, hydrogen flow rate and reduction time was 700 ℃, 150 mL/min, 55 min, respectively.
