离子型稀土矿冶炼分离生产取水定额调研分析及研究

Investigation, analysis and research on water intake quota for smelting and separation of ion-adsorption rare earth ore

  • 摘要: 为了推进离子型稀土矿冶炼分离生产企业水资源循环利用和废水处理回用,切实加强企业取水定额管理。调研我国稀土六大集团下属14家离子型稀土矿冶炼分离生产企业取水量,通过对调研数据的分析和研究,确定离子型稀土矿冶炼分离生产现有企业、新建和改扩建企业、先进企业取水定额,其中生产5~9种纯度99%以上稀土产品的企业取水定额分别为80,70,60 m3/t(以REO计量全文一致,下同),而生产10种及以上产品的企业取水定额分别为90,80,70 m3/t。

     

    Abstract: To promote the enterprises of production of ion-adsorption rare earth ore separation water resources recycling and waste water treatment and reuse, water intake quota management in enterprises should be strengthened effectively. The water intake of 14 ion-adsorption rare earth ore separation production enterprises affiliated to China's six major rare earth groups was investigated, through the analysis and research of the investigation data, the water intake quota of existing enterprises, newly built and expanded enterprises and advanced enterprises in ionic rare earth ore smelting and separating production was determined.Among them, the water intake quotas of enterprises producing 5~9 rare earth products with purity above 99% were 80, 70, 60 m3/t-REO respectively, while those producing 10 or more products were 90, 80 and 70 m3/t-REO respectively.
