锡石浮选研究综述

Research review of cassiterite flotation

  • 摘要: 我国锡矿资源丰富, 但随着资源的开发, 锡矿呈贫、细、杂等特点, 导致锡石选矿的富集与回收难度较大。为了促进微细粒锡石选矿技术的进步, 系统地总结了锡石浮选工艺和药剂。浮选工艺方面介绍了常规浮选、絮凝浮选、载体浮选、溶气浮选以及电解浮选, 浮选药剂概括了捕收剂、活化剂以及抑制剂。指出了新工艺、新药剂对于未来微细粒锡石浮选的重要性。

     

    Abstract: China is rich in tin ore resources, but with the development of resources, tin ore is poor, fine and miscellaneous, which makes it difficult to concentrate and recover cassiterite. In order to promote the progress of fine cassiterite beneficiation technology, the cassiterite flotation technology and reagents are systematically summarized. Conventional flotation, flocculation flotation, carrier flotation, dissolved air flotation and electrolytic flotation are introduced. Flotation reagents include collectors, activators and inhibitors. The importance of new processes and reagents for flotation of fine cassiterite in the future is pointed out.
