基于能值分析的矿业城市工业生态效率的动态变化研究——以江西为例

Research on the dynamic change of industrial eco-efficiency of mining cities based on emergy analysis——A case study of Jiangxi Province

  • 摘要: 矿业城市工业发展在促进经济增长的同时,也带来了诸多环境问题。在此现状下,合理评估矿业城市工业系统的环境影响及可持续发展水平是促进矿业城市工业转型的关键。借助能值分析可衡量和比较不同类别、不同等级能量的真实价值这一特点,对江西3个矿业城市工业系统2009—2018年的能值流量进行了核算,分析了能值效率、生态效率指标变动趋势。结果表明:各矿业城市的工业发展主要依赖本地环境资源,整体系统的对外开放性差;新余的能值自给率最高,萍乡次之,赣州最低,能值投资率的评价结果与之相反,萍乡和赣州二市的净能值产出率显著低于新余;3个矿业城市工业活动对环境的压力均超过了系统可承受范围,导致可持续发展水平均显著偏低,但生态效率却呈现缓慢上升的良好态势。未来3个矿业城市在充分利用本地资源的同时,应加大对外开放程度,大力发展绿色经济和循环经济,减少对环境的压力,促进矿业城市工业系统的可持续发展和生态效率的不断提升。

     

    Abstract: The industrial development of mining cities inevitably brings about many environmental problems while promoting economic growth. Hence the key to promoting the industrial transformation of mining cities is to reasonably assess the environmental impact and sustainable development level of the cities' industrial systems. By virtue of the characteristic that emergy analysis can be used to measure and compare the real values of different types and levels of energy, the emergy flows of industrial systems of three mining cities (Xinyu, Pingxiang and Ganzhou) in Jiangxi Province from 2009 to 2018 are calculated, and the trends of emergy efficiency and ecological efficiency indexes are analyzed. The results show that the industrial development of the three cities mainly depends on local environmental resources and their whole system are not fully open to the outside. Xinyu has the highest emergy self-sufficiency rate, followed by Pingxiang, and the lowest is Ganzhou. The evaluation of emergy investment rates of the three cities turns out to be a surprise: the net emergy output rates of Pingxiang and Ganzhou are significantly lower than that of Xinyu; the sustainable development levels of the three cities are significantly low as their industrial activities impose too much burden on the environment that are beyond the recovery capacity of the ecosystem. Nevertheless, the ecological efficiency shows a good trend of steady rise. In the future, while making full use of local resources, the three mining cities should be open wider to the outside world and vigorously develop green economy and circular economy to reduce the pressure on the environment and promote the sustainable development of industrial system and the continuous increase of ecological efficiency.
