废杂铜生产铜杆工艺改善研究

Research on Production Technology of Scrap Copper Producing Copper Rod

  • 摘要: 针对废杂铜生产铜杆的传统工艺存在资源利用率低、产品生产流程长、成本高、热效率低、能耗高、环境污染严重的现状,以Φ8 mm铜杆为研究对象,对生产工艺关键参数进行试验研究.研究结果表明:新确定的工艺参数方案能够达到铜杆延伸率不小于41 %,抗拉强度大于170 N/mm2,电阻率不大于0.01724 Ω·mm2/m,工艺方案为废杂铜工业化批量生产质量稳定的铜杆奠定了基础.

     

    Abstract: Scrap copper rod (Φ8 mm) was taken as the research object in this topic, through the research on its production process, seeking an effective technique, which can make the product quality meet the requirements of the standards. Scrap copper rod for the traditional production process with draw backings as resource utilization low, high costs, low thermal efficiency, high energy consumption, serious pollution of the status quo. This paper study results show that: the new program to determine the process parameters to achieve elongation of not less than 41 %, tensile strength greater than 170 N/mm2, the resistivity is not more than 0.01724 Ω·mm2/m, industrial mass production for the quality of scrap copper rod and stable foundation.
