电解法制取铝钛硼中间合金

Preparing Al-Ti-B-RE medium alloys by electrolysis

  • 摘要: 对电解法制取铝钛硼稀土中间合金进行了理论分析, 在不改变铝电解生产的条件下试制了铝钛硼稀土中间合金, 并对工业纯铝进行了晶粒细化试验, 结果能使晶粒细化到平均直径d=0.21mm。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyses the preparation of Al-Ti-B-RE medium alloys by electrolysis, and the preparation of AlTi-B-RE medium alloys in the same conditions of the aluminum electrolysis, and the test of refining grain in pure aluminum verifies that refined grain can reach d=0.21mm.
