A Discussion for the Technics of Rolling Compound Fin Tube

摘要: 详细讨论了轧制Cu/Al复合翅片管的生产工艺, 通过分析生产过程中轧制压下量、外管壁厚、组元状态和芯头螺旋角对复合管成形的影响, 找到了Cu/Al复合管的变形规律, 最后总结出了其最佳生产工艺。

Abstract: This paper works over the production craft of Cu/Al compound fin tube with rolling on details.To get the forming rule of the tube, we have tested a lot for some important factors which influence the fin and intenal rib of forming Cu/Al compound fin tube.At last, the best production craft was summarized.
