气体容量法测定碳化钨粉中总碳的影响因素
On the Measurement Conditions of Total Carbon in Tungsten Carbide Powder with Gas Volumetry

摘要: 利用气体容量法测定碳化钨粉的总碳量,温度、碳化钨粉的粒度、氧气流量、吸收时混合气体的压缩速度等对测定结果有较大影响。本文探讨了这些因素的影响机理,并对分析条件进行了优化。通过实验发现,燃烧温度:细颗粒约1 200 ℃,粗颗粒约1 300 ℃;氧气流量为0.8 L/min;压缩时间为50 ~60 s;预热时间:细颗粒0 s,中颗粒约30 s,粗颗粒约90 s时可以得到满意的分析结果。Abstract: Temperature, granularity of tungsten carbide powder, oxygen velocity, and compression velocity of mixed gas, etc. have prominent effects on the determination results with gas volumetric method for the determination of total carbon content. This paper studies these factors in detail. The results are of great reference to the industrial production.
