摘要: 介绍了地面水环境影响评价模型软件的理论基础、设计思想和实现方法,利用Borland C++ Bilder语言编制专门处理导则-河流模式的数据计算的应用程序,使得环评导则-河流模式的预测计算能够借助计算机快速准确地完成.Abstract: This paper introduces the theoretical basis, designing thinking and practical method of surface water environment impacting the assessment (EIA) of computer software. A program is written in Borland C++ Bilder language to make the calculation of the data from EIA, which makes the concentration calculation of river water model of the technical guidelines for EIA finished rapidly and accurately by means of a computer.
