基于可编程变频器控制的空气压缩机控制系统的改造

On the Reformation of Air Compressor' s Controlling System Based on Programmable Inverter

  • 摘要: 分析了空气压缩机的工作过程,介绍了一种以可编程序控制器为核心的控制方式,采用对供气压力的实时监测,根据监测数据及时调整可编程和变频器的控制参数,来实现整个供气系统的恒压稳定。在硬件上采用可编程控制器、变频器、传感器和对象构成闭环控制系统,软件上采用PID调节方式。这样的控制方式,提高了供气压力恒定性,减小了供气压力的波动性,从而实现了空压机的节能控制效果。

     

    Abstract: Based on the introduction of the working process of air compressor, this paper illustrates a controlling system centering on programmable inverter. This controlling system, adopting a closed loop composed of programmable controller, inverter, sensor and object as hardware, and PID adjustment as software, stabilizes the air feed system by adjusting the programmable and inverter parameters based on the real-time surveying data. This controlling system realizes the energy saving effect of air compressor by improving the stability of air feed pressure.
