复杂铜冶炼渣浮选试验研究

摘要: 针对云南耿马铜冶炼渣进行了浮选试验研究,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm为90.6%的条件下,KM-109对铜有较好的捕收效果,硫化钠具有活化原矿中的铜的作用,最终得到了铜精矿品位20.08%、铜精矿回收率86%的较好试验结果。Abstract: Flotation experiments have been performed on the copper smelting slag of Yunnan Genma Copper Mine. The collector KM-109 has favorable collecting results under the condition of -0.074 mm grinding size and 90.6% composition rate.Na2S can activate the oxidized Copper.The copper grade concentrate reaches 20.08% and copper recovery rate attains up to 86%.
