Abstract: The thesis introduces the concept, operating and advantages of BOT investment way, and expounds the imoprtance of BOTinvestmentway to our basic facilities construction and BOTinvestment way to our country's development.Capital shortage is the greatest obstruction thatis the problem of all country' s basic facilities investment facing in the world, and also in our country.So, after the thesis discusses BOTinvestment way' s operating precedure, and analyses the problem of BOT investment way exist at present and its countermeasures.
