The New Closed Cycle Process for Producing Tungsten Carbide Powder

摘要: 对碳化钨粉生产过程中产生的刮舟料、筛上物余料等半成品的处理研究制定了新工艺，通过改进刮舟料、筛上物等半成品的处理工艺，使碳化钨粉的直收率由原来的97%提高到了99.5%.

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the new technology in dealing with the semi-finished products, such as scratch utensils material, screen oversize produced in the production of tungsten carbide powder. The direct yield of tungsten carbide powder increased from 97% to 99.5% by improving their treating process.
