长坡选矿厂生产工艺技术改造实践

Reformation of Productive Technology of Changpo Dressing Plant

  • 摘要: 针对长坡选矿厂所处理矿石品位低、粒度细且部分呈浸染状分布、原有前面重选单室跳汰机处理能力小、粗粒尾矿丢废率低、丢尾金属品位较高且硫化矿部分氧化的情况, 采取更换跳汰机、取消枱浮系统、完善矿浆浓缩设施等改造措施, 不仅降低了选矿成本, 而且锡、铅锑、锌的回收率分别提高了3.07、4.84、6.12个百分点。

     

    Abstract: To the problem of low grad of ore, fine granularity and complex construction, low disposal effect of old jigger, low discharge rate of tailings of big grain of gangue, higher in gangue of grade of metal and oxidation sulfuration ore in Changpo Dressing Plant, old jigger has been exchanged, lifting was cancelled and concentrate establishment of slurry had been perfected.The effect is that cost is lower and the recovery ratio of tin is 3.07% more than old system, the recovery ratio of lead-Stadium is 4.84% more, and the recovery ratio of tin 6.12% more.
