四水合三氯化铟的脱水过程分析

On the Dehydration of Four Water Indium Trichloride

  • 摘要: 通过差热/差重分析仪(DTA/TG)测定了InCl3·4H2O的失水过程,研究分析了脱水过程中温度对脱水的影响。结果表明:在有氮气作保护气体的条件下,低温时(170 ℃以下) InCl3·4H2O直接脱去一个水分子,当高于170 ℃时,开始脱剩余的三分子水,在200 ℃之前,只能脱掉晶体中的三个结晶水,最后一个结晶水的脱除则需更高的温度(300 ℃以上)。

     

    Abstract: The dehydration process of four water indium trichloride was determined by the DTA-TGA Method (DTA/TG), the impact of dehydration temperature in the process was studied.A water molecular was dehydrated from InCl3·4H2O under the protection of nitrogen gas at the temperature of below 170 ℃.The other 3 water molecular began to be dehydrated at the temperature range of 170 ℃ to 200 ℃.The temperature of more than 300 ℃ is required for dehydrating the last water macular.
