On the Process of Preparing Laser Crystals by Warming Compressing Ion-exchange Method

  • 摘要: 阐述了加温加压离子交换分离技术的基本特点及其在研制高纯激光晶体级稀土氧化物上的优越性;介绍了采用微米级阳离子交换树脂加温加压离子交换制取大于99.999% Ho2O3、Er2O3、Tm2O3、Yb2O3、Lu2O3的基本工艺流程;探讨了淋洗剂、阻滞离子、柱比、柱组合的确定。

     

    Abstract: The characterization of warming compression ion-exchange separation technology and its superiority on preparing laser crystal rare earth exide compound were described in this article. The process of preparing 75N Ho2O3, Er2O3, Tm2O3, Yb2O3, Lu2O3 via micro-level exchange resin warming compression ion-exchange was also elaborated. The determining criteria of drenching the lotion, the retardant, column ratio column combination etc. were discussed in detail. The primary and auxiliary equipments of warming compression ion-exchange process to separate rare-earth elements were also illustrated.
