露天边坡预裂爆破试验研究
Parameters Optimization Experiments of Pre-splitting Blasting on an Open Pit Slope

摘要: 某露天矿是一个采用移动边坡,多高台阶同时作业的中型矿山。采用台阶底部浅孔药壶爆破生产方式,对边坡稳定影响较大,给矿山安全生产带来隐患。为此,该矿决定在裂隙发育的最终边坡上进行预裂爆破参数优化研究。通过连续半年的预裂爆破试验研究,获得适合于该矿的爆破参数,取得了理想的平整边坡,为矿山边坡治理提供了技术保障。Abstract: The shallow hole spring blasting in the bottom step poses great threat to slope stability for the open pit mine's motioned slope and altituded multi-step performance. A parameter optimization research is done in the pre-splitting blasting in the finished slope in the crevasse growth. Continuous blasting experiments of a half year led to opeimized blasting parameters and leveled slope appropriate to the open pit mine. This research provides technical guidance to the slop treatment.
