我国粘结永磁材料的研究进展

Research development of bonded permanent magnet materials in China

  • 摘要: 粘结永磁材料由于其制备方法简单、可一次成型, 无需二次加工并可根据需要制成各种形状复杂的磁体, 应用非常广泛.本文通过查阅大量资料、参加各种会议并结合自己近年来研究的结果, 详细分析了我国粘结永磁材料在各个方面的研究进展, 包括粘结磁体原材料、制备工艺参数、复合粘结磁体、以及粘结磁体防氧化、防腐蚀和耐高温等方面的研究进展.指出了我国今后研究的重点是: 继续开发新的应用领域; 通过各种手段,包括改变粘结永磁材料成分、改进工艺或采用新的设备来提高磁体磁性能; 多进行一些工程应用性的研究, 使研究的可推广性更强、产业化步伐迈得更大.

     

    Abstract: Bonded permanent magnet materials are widely applied due to its easy preparation, one -step molding into various complex shape. By consulting large volumes of materials, attending conferences and combining self search, this paper analyzes the research development of bonded permanent magnet materials in China in detail, involving raw material, parameters of preparation process, composite bonded magnet, anti -oxidation, anti -corrosion and heat resistance of the bonded magnet. Moreover, this paper also brings forth the target of future research: exploring new fields of application, changing composition and technology, employing new equipment to enhance the magnetic property, carrying out more engineering application research to strength its generalization and industrialization.
