应用过滤式除尘法处理粗铜生产含尘烟气

Treatment of the Flue Gas in Raw Copper Production Containing Dust with Filtering Dedust Technology

  • 摘要: 分析了烟气的成分特性、滤袋的选择以及消烟除尘过程,采用过滤式除尘法处理粗铜生产过程中由焙烧和鼓风炉熔炼两个工序排放的含尘及酸混合成的烟气。结果表明:当混合成的烟气温度控制在100~110℃、过滤风速保持0.18m/min时,出口残余尘含量为38mg/m3,达到国家环保标准,该工艺条件下除尘率达到99.36%以上。

     

    Abstract: The flue gas from two processes in raw copper production containing dust and acid are treated with filtering dedust technology. The characteristics of flue gas, selection of filtering sack and the removal efficiency of dust are analysed.The results show that concentration of dust residue in the exit could be reduced to 38mg/m3 with the removal rate comes up to 99.36%, and meet the national environmental standard under condition of the mixed flue gas temperature is 100~110℃ and filtering speed is 0.18m/min.
