Abstract:
The flue gas from two processes in raw copper production containing dust and acid are treated with filtering dedust technology. The characteristics of flue gas, selection of filtering sack and the removal efficiency of dust are analysed.The results show that concentration of dust residue in the exit could be reduced to 38mg/m
3 with the removal rate comes up to 99.36%, and meet the national environmental standard under condition of the mixed flue gas temperature is 100~110℃ and filtering speed is 0.18m/min.
