ICP-AES测定铝青铜中锰的研究

Determination of Mn in Aluminum Bronze by ICP-AES

  • 摘要: 利用ICP-AES(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪)研究了铝青铜合金中的锰元素的测定方法,对仪器参数、分析谱线、共存元素等因素进行了分析讨论,确定了合适的谱线,基本解决了待测元素间干扰与基体元素的干扰,并对铜合金标样进行精密度和回收实验.结果表明,相对标准偏差小于5 %,标准加入回收率在95 %~105 %,该方法快速简捷,准确度高.

     

    Abstract: This paper studies Mn determining in aluminum bronze alloy by ICP -AES. The selections of the analytical wave -length, the co -existent elements and instrumental parameters are discussed by identifying the appropriate wave-lengths. We basically solve the interference among the subjected elements and base elements. The aluminum bronze samples are recycled for precision and recovery experiments. Results show that the relative standard deviation is lower than 5 % with recoveries ranging from 95 %~105 %.
