石蜡工艺拉丝模产品的生产工艺研究

Study on the Process of the Wire Drawing Dies Using Paraffin as Pressing Aid

摘要: 结合硬质合金拉丝模产品的生产实践攻关，通过对成型剂石蜡、喷雾干燥制粒工艺、压模收缩系数以及模具结构等方面的研究，较为系统地阐述了采用酒精-石蜡-喷雾干燥制粒工艺生产拉丝模制品的过程.

Abstract: In this paper, the key points of making the wire drawing dies was discussed generally by the pressing aid of paraffin, process of the spray drying, the shrinkage, and structure of mold and it was combined with the study on the practice of the making carbide wire drawing die.
