镁合金表面微弧氧化处理研究进展

On Micro-arc Oxidation Surface Treatment on Magnesium Alloy

  • 摘要: 介绍了镁合金微弧氧化技术的发展,氧化膜形成的基本原理和生长规律,总结和分析了不同工艺参数如电压、电流密度、电解液体系等对氧化膜性能的影响规律,并简单介绍了电解槽中电导率、添加剂对氧化膜的影响情况,同时指出镁合金微弧氧化研究的不足及发展方向。

     

    Abstract: The development of micro -arc oxidation and principles of ceramic coating preparation and growth regularity on magnesium were reviewed in this paper. The influences of voltage, electric density, electrolyte systems on the performance of ceramic coating were analyzed. The paper also briefly introduces the influences of electrolyte conductance rate and chemical in electrobath on oxidation membrane. Research deficiencies and development direction on micro-arc oxidation surface treatment on magnesium alloy were put forward.
