由钨酸盐熔盐电解直接制备钨粉的可行性分析

The Feasibility of Tungsten Powder Preparation by Molten Salt Electrolysis from Tungstate

  • 摘要: 熔盐电解法是制备金属的一种重要方法,尤其是在制备稀有高熔点金属方面应用日益广泛.通过对现有制备钨粉方法的总结,提出由钨酸盐直接熔盐电解制备钨粉以缩短流程,降低成本.结合已实施实验结果和理论计算,分析了由传统工艺处理钨精矿流程中产生的Na2WO4及白钨矿、黑钨矿主要成分CaWO4、(Fe、Mn)WO4为活性物熔盐电解直接制备钨粉的可行性.

     

    Abstract: Molten salt electrolysis is an important method for preparation metal, especially in preparation of high melting point rare metal has been more and more broad.On the basis of summarizing the existing method of preparation tungsten powder, direct preparation tungsten powder by molten salt electrolysis from tungstate was proposed in this paper to shorten the flowsheet and reduce the investment. This paper analyzes the feasibility of direct preparation tungsten powder by molten salt electrolysis from the active materials of the Na2WO4 from traditional treatment process of tungsten concentrate and the CaWO4、(Fe、Mn)WO4 of major components of wolframite with the experimental results and theoretical calculations.
