降低宜春钽铌矿露采爆破大块率的实践与探讨

The practice on decreasing the rate of big block in the surface mining of Yichun Tantalum and Niobium Mine

  • 摘要: 针对宜春钽铌矿岩体“块体状”结构的特点, 分析了深孔爆破大块产出率高的原因, 通过多年的探索和生产实践, 采用宽孔距大区排间等微差爆破技术和工艺, 爆破效果明显改善, 大块产出率可控制在5%以下, 对仍制约降低大块率的一些问题提出了见解。

     

    Abstract: Focus on the characteristics of rock's “block state” in Yichun Tantalum and Niobium Mine, the paper analyses the reasons of high big_block's rate produced in deep-hole explosion.The differential explosion technology of wide_hole distance and big row span are applied in the explosion, the productive rae of big block is controlled below 5 percent.Some problems of restricting big_block rate's decreasing are proposed.
