降低鼓风炉渣含锑的生产实践

On the Reduction of Antimony Containing in Blast Furnace Slag

  • 摘要: 通过鼓风炉挥发熔炼锑矿石的生产实践证实,合理控制风量、风压、焦率、矿石品位、粒度、料柱高度、渣型、炉缸深度、炉缸温度等条件,可使渣含锑在1 %以下,锑回收率达98 %。

     

    Abstract: By controlling the following conditions such as air flow, air pressure, coke rate, ore grade, particle size, material column height, slag type, depth of hearth, temperature of hearth etc., antimony containing in blast furnace slag can be reduced to less than1 %. Antimony recovery rate reaches 98 %.
