摘要: 根据生物冶金技术中金属硫化矿细菌氧化机理, 分析了浸矿微生物固定化的必要性、优势和方法以及具体操作步骤等, 提出了利用微生物菌种是生物浸矿的发展方向, 具有巨大潜力.Abstract: This paper analyses the necessity, advantages, methods and performances of bio -leaching micro -organisms based on the bacteria oxidation mechanism of sulfide minerals. The development direction of bioleaching bacteria technology and its great potential are introduced.
