水热法制备Y2O3:Eu及其发光性能的研究

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Luminescence Properties of Y2O3:Eu Red Phosphor

  • 摘要: 利用水热法制备立方相Y2O3:Eu红色荧光粉.在不同掺杂浓度、不同溶液pH值的系列样品中,均观测到Eu3+离子的特征发射.荧光强度与Eu3+离子掺杂浓度关系研究表明:在不同掺杂浓度中,Eu3+离子掺杂浓度为9 %时其相对发射强度最强.在不同溶液pH值所获得的样品中,以溶液pH等于6制备的样品发光效果最好.此外通过与商用Y2O3:Eu红色荧光粉比较,发现其荧光强度相当.因此,与传统高温固相法相比,水热法合成Y2O3:Eu红色荧光粉是简单易行方案.

     

    Abstract: The cubic Y2O3:Eu red phosphors were prepared by hydrothermal method. The room temperature sharp characteristic emissions of Eu3+ ions were observed for the samples with different doped concentrations and pH values in reactive solution. The effect of the Eu3+ doping concentration on the fluorescence emission intensity was discussed. The optimum doped concentration for the luminescence intensity of Eu3+ is determined to be 9% for the cubic structure samples. The optimum pH value of reactive solution for obtaining the most intense emission is determined to be 6. In addition, the luminescence intensity of the Y2O3:Eu phosphors for hydrothermal method are comparative with that of commercial phosphor Y2O3:Eu. Therefore, it is a simple and easy method that Y2O3:Eu phosphors were prepared by hydrothermal method.
